We want to support lenny as etch is older now. The issue in lenny is 8.3 postgres.

Here is what was decided in terms of the test matrix. The name is brackets [] is responsible for testing that release. It's expected that the rest of the team will also help test, so the team is included in every list.

• Postgres 8.3
• no upgrade tests
• standard test suite with email notification
• stress test with cp2foss

• Postgress 8.1
• upgrade from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0 tests required
• testing 1.1.0
• testing 1.1.0 with email notification
• Mary's tests

• Postgress 8.1? Not sure what version of postgres comes with each. Could be 8.1 for 4 and 8.3 for 5.
• No upgrade tests
• standard test suite (may need fixes)
• stress test

• discovered warning messages in 8.3/Lenny for formatting of SQL (change in postgres environment).
  • Bob will attempt to fix, Mark to test on lenny.
• Want to enable Matt Taggart to be able to incorporate FOSSology into Debian.
