License groups will be logical groupings of various licenses known to FOSSology. The project will provide a default set of license groups that seem to make sense to us, but users can define their own license groups arbitrarily.

When an analysis is run, the license report will report the license groups, as well as the individual licenses, allowing users to “drill down” through the groups in the same kind of way that you can currently “drill down” from uploads to individual files in the repo.

Need to go through the new default groups and verify their correctness: It is very simple to change ui-licgroup-default.php, validate against:
