      We need to be consistent in the menu names. For example, each item in this submenu should use the word "Folder" or all remove the word "Folder" since the context is set buy the parent.

      3. Edit Folder Properties
      4. Move Folder
    2. License (DEPRECATED) »
      1. Default Groups
      2. Default Terms
      3. Manage Groups
      4. Manage Terms
    3. Uploads »
      1. Delete uploaded file
      2. Edit uploaded file properties
      3. Move to different folder
      4. Manage License Analysis
        link to plugin to manage all analyses, not just "remove license analysis"
